Any request, email, or message received after the 24-hour mark will be automatically disqualified from replacement eligibility, without exception.

4. Product Functionality vs. Physical Damage

Operational Guidance for Usage Issues: If a customer claims a product (such as a garden sprayer) is “not working” or they do not know how to operate it, this does not qualify as physical damage. In such scenarios, no replacement will be issued. Instead, our team will provide a “How-to-Use” instructional guide or media support to help the customer operate the unit correctly. Seed Viability: Natural variations in agricultural seed germination are dependent on external soil, weather, and planting factors, and do not constitute physical product damage.

5. Third-Party Courier Damage Disclaimer :- We prioritize transparency and quality control. RICHGROW records video or picture documentation of your exact product before booking the parcel with the shipping company. Because our records prove the product left our facility in perfect condition, any physical damage discovered upon arrival has occurred solely due to the fault and mishandling of the independent third-party courier company.

6. Stock, Color, and Image Variance Disclaimer

When a replacement request is approved, RICHGROW will dispatch a substitute unit based strictly on current inventory availability. The replacement product does not guarantee the exact same color, shade, or aesthetic look as shown in the original website images or the initial order.

Variations in manufacturing batches and live stock levels mean the replacement item may look visually different in person, though it will perform the same primary function.
