Customers may request a return or replacement only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, videos, and order details for verification.

Due to the natural nature of seeds and agricultural products, returns or refunds are generally not accepted for opened seed packets, used products, or products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or usage by the customer.

Once the return request is reviewed and approved, the customer may be asked to return the product in its original packaging and unused condition. After successful inspection, eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method or store credit within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Richgrow. Refund timelines may vary depending on banks or payment providers.

Richgrow reserves the right to reject return or refund requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
